Boys & Girls Clubs offer a variety of career opportunities for people with experience and academic training in education, social work, physical education, and related fields.
Full-time Professionals generally enter the Boys & Girls Clubs profession as either a Youth Development Professional or as a Management Professional.
Youth Development Professionals are responsible for providing daily programs consistent with the Boys & Girls Clubs youth development mission and goals.
Management Professionals are responsible for assisting with general administrative duties, including human resources, training, fundraising, facilities management, community liaison, and program development.
Boys & Girls Clubs Professionals are men and women who use their education, training and energies to help young people. They enjoy being with kids, they understand them and get satisfaction from seeing them become responsible citizens and leaders.
Part-time Staff
In addition to full-time staff, each Club has a number of part-time staff who work directly with members in our program areas.
