Bid Announcement

Boys Clubs of Wake County Inc. d/b/a Boys & Girls Clubs invites the submission of sealed bids from qualified vendors to prepare and deliver breakfast and lunch five days to approximately 600 children, grades Kindergarten through 12 at respective sites for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Summer Food Service Program. All meals must meet the minimum standards set by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for Summer Food Service Program meals for each type. Specific locations will be listed in the Invitation for Bid. Operating dates are 6/14/2021 to 8/6/2021.

Bids must be received by 12:00 PM on May 26rd 2021, at 701 N Raleigh Blvd. Raleigh, NC. 27610. The Bid opening will be held at 12:00 PM at 701 N Raleigh Blvd. Raleigh, NC. 27610. Bids will be accepted until opening day and time. Interested parties may obtain the bid package at 701 N Raleigh Blvd. Raleigh, NC. 27610, on any week day from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or by calling Zainab Brooks at 919-250-3595.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to this invitation and is most advantageous to the organization, price and other factors considered. Any or all bids may be rejected when it is in the interest of the organization to do so.
