Since taking the helm of the Boys & Girls Clubs in 1973, Ralph Capps has positively impacted the lives of untold thousands of Wake County kids and families. He taught us that every action or decision can be evaluated with one simple question: “will it help our kids?”
Ralph led by example, working hard every day to strengthen the Clubs so that we can serve more of Wake County’s kids with the best programs possible. He taught us the honor of serving humbly. He demanded our best, and cared deeply for our wellbeing. He was our leader, our mentor and our friend.
We are committed to continuing Ralph’s mission of service to kids in our community “who need us most.” In Ralph’s honor and memory, we rededicate ourselves to doing “whatever it takes” for our kids.
